Florida State moves up to the 1 line, SDSU falls

The Eye projection model is a quantitative approach that uses a formula derived from the overall seed list released the last two years.  The latest iteration has Florida State on the 1 line.  San Diego State falls to 4 line after losing in their conference tournament to Utah State.
